Unique roll-up ideal for parties, very easy to make!

Procedure

  1. Prepare the filling:
    • Mix the ground beef with the raw eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and flour. Add the grated onion, chopped parsley and dill.
    • Fry the peppers in strips with butter and oil for 2 minutes. Add the chopped onion and grated carrot. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
    • Add the sautéed vegetables to the meat mixture and stir until integrated.
  2. Roll out the dough:
    • Place the yeast dough on a floured surface and roll it out with a rolling pin.
    • Brush the dough with the garlic and melted butter mixture.
  3. Assemble the roll:
    • Distribute the meat filling evenly over the dough, leaving a thickness of 0.5 cm.
    • Add a layer of grated eggs and cheese.
    • Carefully roll the dough to form the roll.
  4. Bake:
    • Place the roll on a tray with baking paper.
    • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and brush with a mixture of egg, sugar, mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
    • Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
  5. Present and enjoy:
    • Serve hot and serve with salad or mashed potatoes.
